Our screener
The screener is capable of processing up to 40 tonnes per hour, depending on mesh size and material type. Powered by a reliable 10hp diesel engine or diesel generator the unit is fully mobile and can be transported by trailer and towed behind a suitable 4×4, making it ideal for farms, estates, construction sites, and confined locations.
The robust 6×6 double-deck screen box features interchangeable meshes ranging from 2mm to 100mm, allowing material to be graded to your specific requirements.
Using a mobile screener on-site can significantly reduce tipping fees and transport costs, while also producing reusable or saleable materials such as screened topsoil and clean hardcore prior to crushing.
